White-Label Reports

White-label reports let you customize scan reports with your own branding before sharing them with clients. This feature is available on Sales and Sales Pro plans.

What You Can Customize

You can replace the seeshare logo with your own company logo, set primary and accent brand colors used throughout the report, and adjust report layout and sections using custom templates. Branding appears in PDF report headers and footers, the cover page, the overall report styling, and the client-facing dashboard if enabled.

How to Configure

  1. Go to Settings > Branding
  2. Upload your company logo (recommended: high-resolution PNG or SVG)
  3. Set your brand colors
  4. Preview a sample report to confirm how it looks
  5. Save your settings

All future reports will automatically use your branding.

Use Cases

Security consultants can generate professional branded reports for each client engagement, making reports look like they came directly from their firm. MSPs can deliver regular security reports to managed clients under their own branding, reinforcing their role as the client's security partner. Agencies can include security reports as part of standard service deliverables with consistent agency branding.

Best Practices

Use a high-resolution logo — at least 300px wide — for crisp PDF rendering. Choose brand colors with good contrast for readability. Preview reports after changing branding settings to confirm everything looks right. Keep reports concise and actionable, focusing on what matters most to the client.
