Sales Accounts

Sales accounts are flat-rate plans designed for agencies, consultants, and MSPs managing security scanning across multiple client domains. This article covers how the two Sales plans work, how to add and manage client domains, how scan limits are tracked, and best practices for getting the most out of your monthly allocation.

Sales Accounts

Sales accounts are designed for agencies, security consultants, and MSPs who manage security scanning for multiple client domains. Instead of paying per domain, you pay a flat monthly fee with a set number of scans.

Plans

Sales ($499/month) includes 30 scans per month with a maximum of 1 scan per domain per billing cycle, working out to roughly $16.63 per scan. Sales Pro ($999/month) includes 75 scans per month with a maximum of 2 scans per domain per billing cycle, working out to roughly $13.32 per scan.

What's Included

Both Sales plans include everything in the Professional tier: all seven scanning tools (Nuclei, RetireJS, ZAP active and passive, Nmap, WordPress Scanner, OpenVAS, and the GDPR Scanner), HIPAA and GDPR compliance scanning, PDF reports with plain-language explanations, and API access.

Sales plans also include white-label reports with your branding, a client-facing dashboard to share results under your brand, priority onboarding with dedicated setup assistance, and a dedicated account manager as a direct support contact.

Managing Domains

To add a domain, go to Domains > Add Domain, enter the client's domain URL, and select a tier — Essential or Professional — for that domain. No per-domain payment is required since you're on a flat-rate plan. There is no limit on the number of domains you can add. Your only limit is scans per month, which lets you add many domains and scan them strategically.

Use Essential for simpler client sites that don't need active testing, and Professional for clients requiring full vulnerability testing and compliance coverage.

Scan Tracking

Your remaining scan count is always visible in the sidebar, shown as a color-coded progress bar. Blue or green means more than 33% of scans remain. Amber means between 10–33% remain. Red means less than 10% remain. Your scan count resets at the start of each billing cycle.

One-Time Scan Purchases

If you need more scans than your monthly allocation, you can purchase one-time scans individually. These include all Professional tier tools, do not count against your monthly allocation, and are useful for ad-hoc client requests or urgent assessments.

Best Practices

Prioritize your highest-risk or most important client domains first each month. Remember that scheduled scans count against your monthly limit, so plan them carefully. Use Essential tier for basic client sites to preserve scans for domains that need Professional-level coverage. Keep an eye on the sidebar widget to avoid running out mid-month. If you regularly use all 30 scans, upgrading to Sales Pro is more cost-effective than purchasing one-time scans.

Upgrading Between Sales Plans

To switch between Sales and Sales Pro, go to Settings > Billing and change your plan. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
