Account Settings
Account Settings is where you manage your profile, password, two-factor authentication, notifications, preferences, and branding. This article walks through each settings tab and points to the relevant documentation for billing and notifications.
Account Settings
Access all account settings from Settings in the sidebar. Settings are organized into five tabs: Account, Billing, Notifications, Preferences, and Branding.
Account Tab
Profile information lets you update your display name. Your login email is shown here but requires contacting support to change.
Password can be updated by clicking Change Password and entering your current password to confirm.
Two-Factor Authentication lets you enable or disable 2FA and view or regenerate recovery codes for backup access.
Active Sessions (coming soon) will let you view all devices and sessions logged into your account and revoke any you don't recognize.
Billing Tab
The Billing tab covers your current plan and subscription status, upgrade and downgrade options, payment method management, invoice history, and coupon codes. See the Billing Management documentation for full details.
Notifications Tab
The Notifications tab covers email notification types and frequency, in-app notification settings, and quiet hours configuration. See the Notification Preferences documentation for full details.
Preferences Tab
Preferences lets you choose your preferred UI theme for the dashboard, control data collection and analytics preferences, configure how long scan data is retained, and set up recurring data exports.
Branding Tab
Available on Sales and Sales Pro plans. You can upload your company logo (recommended: high-resolution PNG or SVG, at least 300px wide), set primary and accent brand colors used in PDF reports and client-facing dashboards, and preview how your branding looks on a sample report before saving.
