Domain Management

The Domains page is where you add, organize, and manage all the websites you're monitoring with seeshare.io.

Viewing Your Domains

Navigate to Domains in the sidebar. Each domain card shows the domain URL and name, tier (Essential or Professional), status indicator (healthy, warning, needs attention, or not scanned), security score (A through F grade), last scan date, and issue counts broken down by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low).

Searching & Filtering

Use the search bar to find domains by URL or name. You can filter by All (show all domains), Active (domains with active subscriptions), Needs Attention (domains with critical or high issues), or Not Scanned (domains that haven't been scanned yet). Sort options include Recent (most recently active first), Alphabetical (A–Z by domain name), and Date Added (newest first). Domains display 10 per page with pagination controls.

Domain Detail Page

Click any domain to open its detail page, which has five tabs.

The Overview tab shows your security score and grade, total scan count, issue breakdown by severity, and security score trend over time.

The Scans tab lists all scans with status, date, duration, and finding counts. From here you can trigger a new scan with Scan Now or set up a recurring schedule with Schedule Scan.

The Findings tab shows all vulnerabilities found across scans. You can filter by severity, status, or tool, and click any finding for full details including remediation steps.

The History tab shows historical scan data and trend analysis so you can compare your security posture over time.

The Reports tab lets you download PDF reports for any completed scan, including plain-language explanations and business impact analysis.

Domain Configuration

From the domain detail page you can configure an auto-scan schedule (weekly or monthly, on specific days and times, in your timezone), WordPress credentials (for deeper scanning of admin areas and plugins), and OpenVAS credentials on the Professional tier (for host-level vulnerability scanning).

Deleting a Domain

Go to the domain detail page, click Delete Domain, and confirm. Deleting a domain cancels its subscription and permanently removes all associated scan data. This action cannot be undone.

Domain Statuses

Healthy means no critical or high issues and a good security score. Warning means some medium issues or a declining security score. Needs Attention means critical or high issues are present. Not Scanned means the domain has been added but never scanned.

Billing Statuses

Active means the subscription is current and paid. Beta means free beta access. Manual means billing is managed manually. Past Due means a payment failed and your payment method needs to be updated. Cancelled means the subscription has been cancelled.
