The AI Assistant provides contextual, AI-powered security guidance to help you understand and remediate vulnerabilities found by seeshare.

How to Access

  1. Click AI Assistant in the sidebar
  2. Select an issue to provide context for the conversation
  3. Start asking questions

The AI Assistant requires an issue to be selected so it can provide specific, relevant guidance rather than generic advice.

What You Can Ask

The AI Assistant can help you understand what a vulnerability means in plain language, how serious it is, and what the worst-case scenario looks like if it's exploited. It can walk you through remediation step by step, explain which OWASP category a finding falls under, and help you assess whether something might be a false positive. It can also advise on best practices for preventing the same class of vulnerability in the future and recommend security headers or hardening measures for your stack.

Tips for Effective Use

Be specific and reference the exact finding you need help with. Mention your tech stack — WordPress, React, and so on — for more targeted advice. The assistant maintains conversation context, so ask follow-up questions to dig deeper. You can also use it for prioritization by asking which issues to fix first given your specific situation.

When to Contact Support Instead

The AI Assistant is designed for technical security guidance. For billing or account issues, scan failures, platform errors, feature requests, or SLA and compliance certification questions, contact the support team directly.
