Billing Management
All subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, and plan changes are managed from Settings > Billing. This article covers how to upgrade or downgrade domain tiers, switch to a Sales plan, update payment details, apply coupon codes, and cancel a domain or account.
Billing Management
Manage your subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, and plan changes from Settings > Billing. The Billing page shows your current plan name and tier, billing cycle (monthly or annual), next billing date, and per-domain subscription details.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade a domain from Essential to Professional, go to Settings > Billing, find the domain, and click Upgrade to Professional. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period, and Professional tools become available on the next scan.
To switch to a Sales plan, go to Settings > Billing, click Change Plan, select Sales ($499/month) or Sales Pro ($999/month), and complete checkout. Your per-domain subscriptions are replaced with the flat-rate plan.
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade a domain from Professional to Essential, go to Settings > Billing, find the domain, and click Downgrade to Essential. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll lose access to Professional-only tools — Nmap, OpenVAS, ZAP Active, and the GDPR Scanner.
Payment Methods
To update your card, go to Settings > Billing, click Update Payment Method, and enter your new card details through Stripe's secure form. The new card will be used for all future charges. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and others), all processed through Stripe.
Invoices & Billing History
All past invoices are available on the Billing page. Click any invoice to download a PDF receipt. Invoices are generated automatically at each billing cycle.
Coupon / Promo Codes
Go to Settings > Billing, enter your coupon code in the promo field, and click Apply. The discount is applied to your next billing cycle.
Cancelling a Subscription
To cancel a single domain, go to Domains, click the domain, and click Delete Domain. The subscription is cancelled immediately and all scan data for that domain is permanently deleted. To cancel your entire account, contact support at support@seeshare.io.
Common Billing Questions
You are charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from Settings > Billing. If a payment fails, your account moves to Past Due status — update your payment method to restore service. Contact support for refund requests on mid-cycle cancellations. There are no setup or onboarding fees. Contact seeshare about beta access or one-time scan options if you're looking for a way to try the platform before subscribing.
